ON ISRAELI POLICIES

The work covers studies of the State of Israel experiences directly or indirectly related to Armenian realities. The role of Israel in military-political developments in South Caucasus and military/technical cooperation between Israel and Azerbaijan are reviewed.

The legal norms for moral and spiritual development of Israeli military personnel are discussed, which could be quite enlightening in terms of understanding their values.

Other positive examples to be considered include Israeli experiences of diaspora-homeland cooperation, organizing repatriation and putting the scientific and educational potential of diaspora communities in foreign countries to the service of homeland.
